1. Talent Acquisition
• Formulate recruitment strategies and effectively administer recruitment initiatives while ensuring professionalism throughout the process.
• Cultivate partnerships with external recruitment firms to guarantee a diverse pool of candidates.
• Promote a thriving company culture that emphasizes diversity and equality during hiring, fostering a positive work environment that attracts and retains exceptional talent.
• Design comprehensive plans for ongoing employee recruitment and development.
• Enhance candidate experience by maintaining positive interactions with those not selected, ensuring a repository of qualified applicants remains accessible for future opportunities.
2. Compensation & Benefits
• Develop a compensation framework for all staff grounded in market analysis and salary surveys, keeping the framework current.
• Ensure consistent application of all HR policies within the organization.
• Collaborate with management to align HR objectives with organizational goals.
• Lead efforts to establish and oversee the implementation of HR regulations, salary structures, and employee remuneration policies in coordination with departmental heads.
3. Learning & Development
• Identify training requirements among employees: what competencies do they wish to enhance, and what capabilities do managers aim to develop?
• Strategize training plans: Gather insights from the Board and employees to create training agendas, whether annual or segmented.
• Categorize training programs into:
- Mandatory training: Induction processes, safety protocols, compliance with company security policies
- Job-specific skills
Regularly orchestrate these programs to ensure employee adaptability to roles.
- Interpersonal skills and Leadership training
• Execute the training initiatives effectively.
• Assess and review training outcomes post-completion.
• Assist various departments in establishing capability frameworks for positions, creating developmental roadmaps for employees, and organizing personnel advancement plans.
4. Employee Relations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster an encouraging company environment that honors diversity, fairness, and inclusion, as well as employee welfare.
• Serve as a mediator between employers and staff, facilitating resolution of grievances, inquiries, or other concerns.
5. Administrative Responsibilities
• Handle work permits and visas.
• Supervise cafeteria operations.
• Manage employee uniforms and work equipment.
• Oversee other administrative tasks.
