The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.


  • Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to contact purchase orders.
  • Inventory Management analyzing demand, purchase and process component inventory.
  • Supplier Management managing current to ensure that orders are delivered by the committed date
  • Cost and Quality Management enabling access to favorable pricing and conditions whilst maintaining a high standard of quality

Requirements:


  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple purchasing order and suppliers
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices
