Job description
- eB2B deployment, acquisition and retention

  • Assist in (right) Outlet selection and customer onboarding/ acquisition
  • Deployment and perfect execution of eB2B programs and solutions
  • Help to onboard and guide (new) customers and troubleshoot initial issues during golive and scale up. Ongoing provide feedback from customer and sales to eB2B team to keep winning with eB2B with customer centric solutions
  • Help to onboard new distributors and streamline their processes to drive adoption and stickiness.
  • Close Sales, DDT & distributor collaboration & engagement and operation plan to develop coverage proposal
  • Take care for the eB2B Dashboard, performance, and campaign tracking
  • Develop Business and support on sales growth in assigned region
  • Assist to unblock RTM issues and identify opportunities with distributors, subd, outlets and sales team to grow eB2B revenues
  • Support the new initiatives to drive growth & sales effectiveness through eB2B
  • Work with deployment teams, users and administrators to optimize flow of information through the platforms and online/offline touchpoints
  • Daily market observation on sales feedback, customer feedback and activities of other eB2B players
  • Track performance eB2B and identify opportunities to grow online revenue in close collaboration with data team
  • Adoption & Change management:
  • Sales team digital engagement, education, and involvement
  • Capture feedback of sales team
  • Ensure that eB2B adds value to sales team daily operations; feedback and drive initiatives in eB2B programs to develop
  • Drive data driven way of working sales, using eB2B data to unlock insights and growth.
  • Customer Centricity
  • Capture customer pain points and share back to eB2B and D&T team to continuously drive retention, and customer satisfaction.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business
  • Min 2 years working experience in field sales/ sales support
  • Deep understanding of RTM & strong background in sales field, sales operation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation's skills
  • Analytics skills (working in Excel SQL)
  • Behavioral & soft skills
