Learn and understand the, workflow, and configurations
- to the Operations team questions or concerns during the US working hours

  • Try to v for evidences for each of the issues to to the technical team
  • Can in case of urgency and keep the operations workflow in stable

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Professional in making notes or writing document, including drawing diagram to illustrate for ideas, solutions to help team investigate and address issues faster and easier
  • Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English in order to understand the issues raised from daily operations team members and the production team
  • Professional in English writing in order to communicate externally with customers (marketing groups, laboratories)
  • Had good understanding about software development life cycle
