Job Description:

This position is based in HCMC and reports to the Employee Experience Manager.


Your key responsibilities:


COMPLIANCE

  • Collaborate with legal teams to interpret immigration laws and regulations, providing guidance to stakeholders to ensure adherence.
  • Build strong relationships with government agencies, consulates, and external partners to expedite approval processes and troubleshoot issues.

ADMISSIONS PROCESSING

  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members and hiring managers on visa and work permit procedure, enhancing companywide compliance.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of immigration laws and industry developments, adapting strategies to accommodate changes.
  • Able to handle complex cases, including visa denials and challenges, by considering alternative approaches and obtaining favorable outcomes.
  • Supervise the visa / work permit team to offer highquality employee experience to all international staff at all stages of the process
Job Requirements

  • Vietnamese
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Law or related fields.
  • Expertise in immigration law and labor law related to international employees.
  • Excellent English communication, both oral and written.
  • Highly organized and has a high sense of confidentiality.
  • Proactive, flexible, resultsoriented and customerfocused.
