In my role, I have been actively involved in developing potential customers and maintaining relationships with strategic clients. I have played a key role in the business development process, including receiving customers, introducing products, negotiating prices, and signing export contracts.

Additionally, I have worked on managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely production progress and smooth execution of export contracts. I have also implemented promotional activities to attract potential customers through various channels, including the internet, trade shows, and advertisements.

My responsibilities also include managing the payment process, preparing regular reports, and handling inquiries related to the company’s freight transportation and logistics services. I carefully monitor and review quotation requests from clients, ensuring accurate responses.

I am responsible for organizing and supervising order processing to meet monthly revenue targets, while planning daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure smooth operations. I am fully engaged in customer care as outlined in the job description, ensuring that all client needs are met.

In addition, I coordinate with the warehouse and delivery departments to arrange timely deliveries for customers. I actively manage customer feedback regarding service quality, pricing, product progress, and other related matters, proposing sales policies, product promotions, and company-wide promotional initiatives.

Furthermore, I prepare monthly sales reports, track the status of invoices, archive records, and fulfill other tasks as directed by the Sales Manager.
