Recently I worked as senior recruitment consultant at Adecco Vietnam I focus on line Banking, Financial Services, ICT, and Real Estate such as C-Level positions and senior-level experts. I also spent 2,5 years working as team leader at TP Bank with strategic mindset & proven track record in recruiting talent, KPI and performance management policies for the GSO box to achieve a stable and successful workforce. Before, I had the initial 7 years specializing in Corporate Banking as a senior specialist with robust skill set in business development, product development, relationship management, financial analysis, and strategic advisory services, contributing to the success of numerous corporate clients and banks.
