Lan Uyen Dinh Thi

My name is Lan Uyen. I'm a Merchandising Assistant Manager at Crystal Martin (Vietnam) and have been working here for more than 10 years. In my role, I'm responsible for managing Bulk Merchandising team. Outside of work, I enjoy feeding my pets, reading, and playing piano with my daughter. 

I'm a Merchandising Assistant Manager with 7 years of bulk production handling, and 3 years of management experience in apparel industry, specifically lingerie. I have a strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain operations and supplier management. I'm good at SAP system, have advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis. As playing a role of manager, I'm organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Also, I have a strong collaboration and communication skills, driving the team to achieve KPIs of company successfully for years. With above experience in lingerie aspect, it can prove my ability of multiple priorities management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
