With more than 8 years of specialized experience in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). My expertise encompasses HSE management systems, comprehensive risk assessments, emergency response coordination, incident investigation, and delivering effective training programs. I hold professional certifications as an HSE Manager and Health and Safety Officer (HSO) from BSI, along with Fire Safety Management from ITCILO! Currently, I serve as the Environment, Health, and Safety Manager at SRE COMPANY LIMITED, where I lead HSE initiatives across diverse projects, including the fabrication and installation of onshore wind farms, substations, and oil and gas tubular operations. I have successfully implemented and maintained ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards during the manufacturing of tower sections in Vietnam, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. In addition to my managerial role, I actively contribute to the academic community by presenting best practices and sharing insights on HSE management at The BRVT University. My commitment is to uphold the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship, protecting all stakeholders within the energy sector.
