Nguyen Pham

          I am currently the owner of N&P Group which is having the Head Office in Michigan as Founder and Chairman of N&P Group with 50% New York Stock Holder Market. N&P Group is the educational Group. Also I am the Founder and Vice- President of J&R Group with 40% New York Stock Holder Market which is having the Head Office in Arizona. J&R Group is the Luxury Fashion Brand Group. I am also the Founder and Vice – President of North & West Group with 40% New York Stock Holder Market which has the Head Office in USA. North & West Group is the oil and gas Group. 

I have been working with many positions in USA legally and illegally during the time I studied there when I was 16 years. I have taken the Associate of Science Hospitality Management in Mission College, Santa Clara, USA. I was the owner of Lan Nguyen Study Group and Technical Company in VungTau city, Vietnam for more than 6 years from 2008 to 2014. Moreover, with my great than 16 working experiences in Vietnam and USA, I would like to apply for a job in your company.

I was a Secretary in Imperial 5* Hotel, Vung Tau before I got back to the school. During the time studying in US, I have been working as volunteer in the school and outside the school which related to Business Management. I do know how people worked in the back for the restaurant and how hard they had to work as cashiers in the fast food. Sometimes, I helped my professor and my friends in the school prepare the big order for many people to eat in our school restaurant. Therefore, I have some knowledge about how to work and cooperate with chiefs in the kitchen. I have learned it time by time I wanted to use all my experience and my knowledge that I learned from school to work. Moreover, I wanted to have learned more experience how to service the customer in the real life, beside the books. In addition, I am fluent in both Vietnamese and English, having won a one-year exchange scholarship to USA in 2002. Also, my French level is beginning.

To grade about myself from 1 to 10, the score which I am grading for myself about the business and behavior ethical is 8 over 10 because I am a good learner with the new things. I know how to accept and adopt with the new environment. About the business knowledge, I am grading myself with the score 7 over 10 because the business world is changing every hour. Although I am good at analyzing the business situations and issues, I still need to take update my knowledge every day by reading the news or reading the books. Honestly, I am not good as the accountant. I like something to be making senses with all my critical knowledge. Among my many skills, I am good at giving out and discussing about the business strategies. On the other hand, I like to write in English even though English is my second language.

The reason that I like to work in this area is because I can serve people. Making people happy is my favorite thing to do. I like to serve people more than I have someone serve me. Moreover, nowadays, business is developing very fast. People cannot work without having a vacation. Even though I know working in business management makes you have to work at the weekend sometimes, or I have to work when people are off vacation, I am willing to do that. Taking to your customers means making them be your friends. However, the big challenge in the hotel is to make customers think about our hotel whenever they would like to take their vacations. To overcome this challenge means to train our team to be able to serve customers well with the good quality. However, to serve well means to smile with customers and make friends with them.

As Restaurant Manager for 3 restaurants in Area A, Area B, Area C in Ho May Park, Vungtau city, Vietnam I am helping, watching, making the weekly reports as business report and sale weekly report. I am creating the Marketing strategies for Ho May Park. I am able to create form to make the restaurant have more customers. Also I am mastering business concepts such as accounting, human resource skills, marketing strategies, and hospitality concepts. I am great for communicating with the guests verbally and formally. 

As Representative of Edmonds Community College, I direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs. I represent company at trade association meetings to promote product to meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. I organized the seminar for recruitment. I advertise for the schools. I recruit international students. I make own marketing strategies for recruitment. I keep updating new information from the schools. I help students to prepare for Visa interview and I advise the study plans for international students.

To summarize for my great experiences, I understand to be representing for your organization with full responsibilities for our career position.. I understand how the human managing is running in the world education part. According to the duties of the great educational organization which we are announcing, your position hould be understand 3 key terms: human resource, servicing customers, and the official business revenue budgets. To be the great employees, he or she should have a great network with the staffs as sociable manager.

I am the official representative in Vietnam of Edmonds Community College, Lynnwood, Washington D.C, USA. I also was the Restaurant Manager for 3 Restaurants Area A, Area B, Area C in Hồ Mây Park. I was undone Master of Professional Accounting student in University of Queensland, Australia.  I am having Bachelor of Science Business Administration in Troy University, Alabama, USA.
