Prepare test equipment (ICT/MDA fixtures), setup and operate IC Auto programming machine to program the quantity of IC according to the production plan based on the data Dashboard.
Daily preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure test equipment reliability and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Setup Manufacturing Defect Analyzer (MDA) and In-Circuit Testing (ICT) fixtures to ensure the component-level quality and functionality of printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) which are then released to the operator during the manufacturing process.
Use test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) and collaborate with debug technician to analyze and troubleshoot any issues with short/open, analog, power, digital... of PCBA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QC, MFG, ME, etc.) to identify root causes and solve component-level issues.
Communicate efficiently with the Test Engineer, team members, and customers to give technical support.
Create and maintain troubleshooting manuals for future reference.
Responsible for preserving the 5S, 3-5-10 rule at the test station throughout the working shift.
Maintain and refill spare parts inventories the equipment as needed.
Implemented continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles.
