The prospect of working in Engineering /Manufacturing company is extremely exciting and would be an honor if I can contribute the skills I have gathered and honed throughout my career especially in tooling aspects. I am currently working in Batam Indonesia as Project Leader. For past 1.5 years, I have worked as Mold Procurement Leader in Sonion based in Vung Tau, Vietnam. The role is to lead the team in anything related to plastic molding (technical, commercial, project management, etc.). Prior to that, I had worked at Sonion Philippines, started as Tool Design Engineer and ended as Toolshop Section Manager after 6 years of service.

 In addition, I had worked in a Japanese Plastic Molding company for 10 years with position starting from Mold Engineer up to Toolshop Mold Design and Mold Fabrication Supervisor. With the experience and skillset that I can bring and through your guidance and team collaboration, I strongly believe that I can make a difference and contribute to your company in the years to come. 5. Sonion Philippines Inc. (Batangas, Philippines)- MOLD Design Engineer/Leader (May 2016 ~ Oct 2017)

 - Generate mold design, drawings and BOM using Solid works. - Provide technical input in the new product and process development of injection mold tooling - Troubleshoot injection mold problems. - Analyze and research customer design proposals, manuals and specifications. - Analyze mold projects for tooling and repair projects. - Discuss with customers on the technical aspects in product development and mold design - Coordinate with the toolmaker to check the inserts, jigs and fixtures and to ensure quality before the assembly. - Correct defects of production molds and ensure correct documentation together with Mold Setters. - Ensure that designed molds, jigs, and fixtures runs smoothly during part manufacturing and production.

6. K&K Central Mold, Inc - (Batangas, Philippines)- 

MOLD Design and Fabrication Supervisor (Feb 2014 ~ May 2016) - Serves as main window of communication to customer with regards to technical aspects of molding. - In-charge of daily monitoring and making over all fabrication process. - Make 3D modelling using DELCAM POWERSHAPE. - Creates mold electrode using DELCAM POWERSHAPE - Performs conceptual mold part design assembly to be approved by the plant manager.- Participates in the simplification of machining process and demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations for higher and faster productivity.

7. K&K Central Mold, Inc. (Batangas, Philippines)- MOLD Maintenance/Fabrication Engineer/Assistant Supervisor (July 2006 ~ Feb 2014) 

- In-charge of manpower scheduling. - Read, analyze and interpret engineering drawings or blueprints or study sample parts to determine machining operation to be performed and plan the best sequence of operations. - Operates and maintains computer numerically controlled machines (CNC) such as Vertical Milling MAKINO GF8 and MAKINO V55. - Make CNC program using DELCAM Software (Power mill Version9.0) as well as manual data programming using different G-codes and M-codes - Conducts trainings of team members on the safe and proper use of set-ups and programs for continuous improvement. - Coordinates with other sections for the progress and status of projects related to manufacturing.
