Production Manager

As Production Manager, I manage a production team with 1000 headcount and ensure daily production goals met on time.

Duties:

  • Responsible for all production KPIs from Safety, 5S, quality output, scrap, productivity, delivery performance, inventory value, Cost saving.
  • Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Factory Director.
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure the production process is completed on time.
