**N/ALead and manage the engineering team

  • Hire, onboard, and manage a team of software engineers responsible for
developing and implementing Odoo ERP software to our clients.

  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and regularly communicate
progress and results to stakeholders.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, and ensure
that they have the resources they need to be successful.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous
improvement.

  • Manage the software development process
  • Develop and maintain a software development process that is agile, efficient,
and scalable.

  • Ensure that the team is delivering highquality software on time and within
budget.

  • Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation,
design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Monitor and report on progress, and identify and address any issues or
roadblocks.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement
our development process.

  • Encourage innovation and experimentation, and foster a culture of continuous
improvement.

  • Identify areas for improvement in our processes, and work with the team to
implement changes and improvements.

  • Ensure technical excellence
  • Ensure that the engineering team is following best practices for software
development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, and ensure that the
team is using the most appropriate tools and technologies for the job.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
equivalent.

  • 57+ years of experience in software development.
  • 3+ years experience in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Experience with Agile methodology, modern testing and DevOps practices,
and software development best practices

  • Experience with ERP/CRM implementation is a plus, ideally with one of the

following platforms:
Odoo (preferred), NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft
Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.

  • Experience with one of our ERP businesses such as sales, inventory
management, purchasing, accounting, retail, and manufacturing operations is
a plus.

  • Exceptional leadership, empathy, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proven track record of building and scaling highperforming teams
  • Selfmotivated, detailedoriented, and passionate about building worldclass
software, teamwork, and engineering excellence
