Job description:

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement microservices architecture to ensure scalability, modularity, and maintainability of the software system.
Utilize message queuing systems for asynchronous communication between microservices.
Implement realtime communication using websockets for interactive features.
Integrate gRPC for efficient and highperformance communication between microservices.
Develop and optimize database schemas for both
SQL (e.g., Postgre
SQL, My
SQL) and No
SQL databases.
Write efficient
SQL queries and interact with No
SQL databases for data operations.
Implement search functionality using ElasticSearch or similar technologies.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security through proper testing and code reviews.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.

Your skills and experience:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development

Proficiency in Golang and associated libraries and tools for backend development.

Experience with microservices architecture and designing scalable systems.
Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks such as Svelte, React, or
Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous communication patterns.
Experience with websockets for realtime communication.
Knowledge of gRPC for efficient communication between microservices.
Solid understanding of both
SQL and No
SQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
Experience with CRM software or VoIP telephony systems is a plus.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Proven track record of designing and developing scalable, robust, and highperformance software solutions.
