We are looking for
Sales Managers for Gran Meliá Nha Trang, based in Nha Trang & Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam


Mission

  • Participate in sales activities through sales calls, facetoface meetings, sales trips, and FAM Trips.
  • Maintain solid relationships with existing accounts while strengthening relationships with potential customers to meet room night targets and forecast revenue.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics and attitude toward guests/customers, colleagues, and other clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities.
  • Assist management in training and motivating colleagues.
  • Enhance product knowledge for trade partners.
  • Understand MHI brands, particularly Gran Melia brand.
  • Entertain customers, attend networking events, and trade fairs to stay up to date on market developments and maintain brand presence.
  • Handle inquiries and leads involving FIT, GIT and events. Negotiation and contract process.
  • Ensure that all account profiles are updated in the system correctly.
  • Achieve sales objectives and goals set by the management.

Main Requirements

  • Specialist Degree.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Customer building relationship: demonstrated ability to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • 1 year in a similar position in international companies or in large independent hotels/resorts.
