This Product Expert role focuses on elevating our platform capabilities, the foundation for all our products.

Responsibilities:

Provide handson insights and direction on financial workflow tools
Own and manage product roadmap for the platform
Responsible for feature verticals: from research to release
Responsible for product architecture of platform and crossproducts initiatives
Map out use cases, flows, wireframes, and requirements
Run kickoff feature meetings with development squads
Work closely with design, engineering, QA, design, and GotoMarket team (Sales, CS, Partnerships)
Collect and analyze customer feedback to draw insights that fuel our innovation
Study, gather and share knowledge about customers and competitors
Test features and use the product regularly to constantly elevate the experience of our customers and users
Define metrics and track the product usage and performance where applicable
