The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.


  • Longterm relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external strategic partners, to enhance business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Lead a dynamic team of Account Managers, provide guidance and direction to enable their and our Merchant's success.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team. Provide guidance while also challenging them to surpass their goals.
  • Market expansion: Identify and explore the new market segments, channels, and opportunities to expand the company's foodprint and increase market penetration.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years management experience at the same position, leading and inspiring sales team while driving measurable business outcomes.
  • At least 1 year experience in the Food and Beverage area, extensive experience in account management/client services or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in English (both verbally and writing)
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, analytical skills, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
