WHAT YOU'LL DO
The role focuses on financial planning and accounting for our group of entities around the globe for our Singapore, United States, Vietnam, and Germany offices

Your duties will include:

Assist the FP&A Manager on the preparation of budgets, business plans, presentations and adhoc tasks
Perform operating cost management and analysis for the Group by monitoring financial performance against the projected budgets and forecasts and identifying areas for cost savings
Oversee the Accounts Payable function and ensure that expenses are captured accurately in a timely manner and in line with statutory regulations
Code and record supplier invoices
Process staff reimbursements
Prepare weekly and monthly payment proposals
Support monthend, quarterend and yearend closing of accounts, including preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Support preparation of financial statements
Assist in liaising with external parties like auditors, tax agents and government authorities
Assist with administrative/HR tasks as and when required

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This is a great opportunity for experienced finance/accountancy professionals with 3-5 years of experience.

We are seeking individuals who possess:

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance and/or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA/CA/CPA)
Minimum 35 years of relevant experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides preferred
Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial/business modelling skills
Solid foundation in accounting regulations (IFRS and GAAP)
Knowledge of Xero accounting software is a bonus
Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highquality work
Proactive, independent, and willing to learn
