JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 15 years of professional involvement in the development and manufacturing of polymers for footwear.
- Thorough understanding and expertise in the manufacturing procedures of rubber, EVA, PU, and foam.
- Profound knowledge in compounding materials for the soles of footwear, covering various polymers such as Rubber, EVA, PU, TPU, TPE, and other foaming materials.
- Wideranging experience in the commercialization process of footwear bottom components, coupled with specialization in product and process engineering.
- Proficiency in the industrial standards for testing footwear bottom materials.
