Job summary:
Our client is one of Vietnam's leading full services law firms.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case.
- Drafting legal texts, including reports, contracts, and appeals.
- Remaining abreast of changes to legislation.
- Preparation of board resolutions and minutes;
- Preparing resolutions of directors and shareholders
- Governance and regulatory compliance
Experience requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Lawyer Certificated
- Over 3 years of experience in a Law Firm;
- Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English;
- Ability to work individually and on a team as well as the ability to adapt effectively to various personalities;
- Good practice of M&A (Energy is a plus) or Corporate commercial
