Diag, on of leading medical laboratory in Vietnam, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the dual role of CFO and Backend Operations Director.

This individual will be responsible for managing a range of detailed tasks within the following functions to ensure operational efficiency and compliance at Diag:


  • 1.

Finance/Accounting:
_

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Manage financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial risk assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • 2.

Procurement:
_

  • Lead procurement processes to acquire goods and services for the organization.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost savings.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement performance and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies and regulations.
  • 3.

HR, Talent Acquisition, and Office Admin:
_

  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
  • Handle office administration tasks such as facilities management, supplies procurement, and administrative support.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.

Legal and Compliance:

  • Ensure legal compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • 5.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals across different functions.
  • Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Drive teamwork, communication, and alignment towards organizational goals.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, operations management, and leadership roles, with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing detailed functions such as Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, Office Admin, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading and developing teams, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to devise and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of excellence and integrity in all aspects of work.
