Job description:

You will be working on extending an exciting new product used to deliver real-time broadcast graphics across television and venue big screens.

This product is used to deliver sport and event data graphics across live sport and sport related events.

You will bring your energy and experience to help us to add new features to this product to extend its capabilities.

To develop, maintain and support software solutions for internal and external customers. Leverage your expertise in.
Net Framework and the C# programming language in your day-to-day work.

_ Software Development_

Ensure development effort is aligned with agreed priorities
Keep up to date with industry trends and developments and identify/propose changes that will enhance quality, speed, and maintainability
Confer and assist team members and other developers on problems, improvements and modifications to system software and projects
Ensure the team utilise existing shared code and common libraries where possible
Adopt testdriven development methodologies to improve software quality
Coordinate work closely with other developers within department to ensure effective reusability
Document work so that it can be maintained by colleagues

_ Technical Support_

Provide operational technical support for Champion Data products and solutions as required.

Your skills and experience:

Strong industry experience in.

Net Framework and C#

Experience of the MVVM development pattern
Experience of ASP.Net MVC services
Experience working with SQL databases, Oracle highly regarded
Experience with CD/CI pipelines including GIT code repositories and workflows
Experience working in an Agile team
Good verbal communication skills (English)
Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
Is conscious and respectful of their customer needs, checks in with them regularly and considers the positive and negative impact their work has on their customers (both internal and external customers)
Provides positive encouragement of good behaviours in others and gives credit where its due.
