Responsibilities:

• Formulating and administering company strategies and policies, developing long-term goals, and objectives. This involves guiding activities in various departments to enhance overall progressive goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership in continuous improvement activities to achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Direct manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production of quality products within set timelines and budget.
• Liaise with Hong Kong headquarters to optimize manufacturing facilities.
• Manage offshore country operations, overseeing production, compliance, merchandising, quality assurance, and more.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and provide recommendations to top management.
• Offer leadership, motivation, and guidance to local management and staff.
• Have P&L responsibility with a focus on ultimate goals.
• Ensure effective reporting structures within the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational requirement of Form 5 or above.
• Background in IE would be advantageous.
• At least 12 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, with 7 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to delegate effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Salary: Negotiable
