Your skills and experience:

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
At least 6 years of experience in management endtoend functional testing for SIT / UAT in complex projects both manual testing and automation.
Strong understanding of project management, ensure that test management is aligned with projects objective / scope / plan to accomplish the testing on time, on budget, with quality.
Strong experiences in quality risk management with ability to summarize / analyze test result for highlight the risk / issue and provide recommendation for mitigation, contingency, improvement.
Good understanding of software testing life cycle / test processes in various SDLC methodologies.
Good logic and experiences in automated testing with ability to drive / support implement test automation.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in multicultural team with people from various backgrounds.
Strong passion and desire to move forward and lift up own skills under a challenging environment.
Good knowledge of banking products and services would be an advantage.
