DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.   • Manage and control stock
  • Kiểm đếm hàng hóa
  • Inspect, pack and hand over to delivery vendors
  • Kiểm tra, đóng gói và bàn giao hàng hóa cho đối tác vận chuyển
  • Sort products, and check and track inventory
  • Phân loại, sắp xếp hàng hóa đồng thời kiểm tra và theo dõi hàng tồn kho


  • Deliver daily report

  • Thực hiện báo cáo hàng ngày
  • Perform other work requests by supervisors
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
  • Uphold warehouse standards Đảm bảo việc thực hiện theo các tiêu chuẩn của kho

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of warehouse, and experience in similar positions is an advantage.
  • Hiểu biết về kho, có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương là lợi thế
  • Knowledge of goods management
  • Hiểu biết về quản lý hàng hóa
  • Agile and able to work independently and in a team
  • Nhanh nhẹn và có khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như trong đội nhóm
  • Able to work in shifts
  • Có thể sắp xếp làm việc theo ca
