Mô Tả Công Việc:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies & procedures and perform inspections & quality tests of functionalities, products, processes, designs and user experience_
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and_ c_ooperate with product and customer/user experience design, IT team to create detailed, comprehensive and wellstructured test plans & test scenarios and conduct cases of quality assurance tests_
Identify issues, monitor debugging process, investigate root causes and contribute to address or propose solutions to resolve issues before launching in production_
Continually identify issues and potential opportunities to improve the customer onboarding process. Proactively escalate/share inputs with product managers, to accommodate needed changes into product roadmap_
Facilitate events of product and functionality tests with customers, volunteers and staff_

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

Proven experience of at least 2 years in technical product development and technical product quality asssurance_
Preferred experience in Fintech_

Language requirements: English
