Process Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include:

• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Performing routine inspections and quality audits
• Identifying and resolving workflow and execution issues

Job brief

• We are looking for a Process Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and oversee and ensure quality compliance throughout the implementation of all digital transformation (DX) projects, information technology (IT), and operational technology (OT) products or services
• Process Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities include developing quality standards, conducting process audits, identifying issues, and suggesting improvements to ensure quality compliance in the implementation of our DX projects, IT/OT products or services.
• Ultimately, you will work with a team to ensure our final products meet our organization's standards across the board.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed and to be compliant
• Address and discuss issues with appropriate channels and proposed solutions with superiors
• Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to solve problems
• Make recommendations for improvement
• Create training materials and operating manuals
• Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager

• Success Profile

• Requirements and Experiences
• Proven work experience (35 years) as a Process Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role in software development
• Working knowledge and experience of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance and Quality Management System (QMS)
• Total Quality Management (TQM)
• ISO 9000 or a model such as Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
• Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA): Setting quality standards and procedures to measure, evaluate and solve quality management issues.
• Quality Assurance Audit
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a plus
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist is an advantage
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
