JOB SUMMARY:


  • Ensure that the bookkeeping is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the law, the industry and of the corporation
  • Make sure the annual audit is done efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


General Management and Leadership (90%)

  • Effective organization of the accounting system of the business
  • Take primary responsibility for the full recording and ontime submission of accounting, statistical and settlement reports in accordance with state regulation.
  • Take primary responsibility for approving monthly and annual financial statements with the Group Chief Financial Officer as well as the authorities.
  • Take primary responsibility for analyzing and evaluating periodic financial indicators to advise the Director on the most appropriate decisions for each stage.
  • Manage budget operations.
  • Responsible for organizing the evaluation and goal building as well as implementing the training plan for the company's accounting team.
  • Build relationship with functional parties: Tax, Insurance

Provide expertise (10%)

  • Learn, update and comply with labor rules, code of conduct, regulations, and procedures of the hospital.
  • Participate in the implementation of hospitalwide capacity improvement projects along with the other departments.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate from university or majored in accounting and finance.
  • Have at least 5 year of direct work experience and at least 3 years of experience as chief accountant.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Having knowledge, experience in the medical field is an advantage.
  • Have communication skills, effective presentation, a focus on negotiation
  • Have teamwork skills, independent and selfresearching.
  • Capable of working under a highpressure environment.
