Working scopes:

• Statutory Reporting and Tax reporting
• Ensure statutory accounts are completed in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards for local reporting.
• Ensure accounts are completed in accordance with group reporting.
• Liaise regularly with auditors to ensure an efficient audit process.
• Be in charge of Annual Tax return and Liaise regularly with tax officers to ensure an efficient tax audit process.
• Policy, process and Internal Controls
• Review and maintain up to date all accounting and operational control policies.
• Ensure adequacy of segregation of duties and controls in the accounting functions.
• Develop and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement recommendations for internal control efficiency and improvement across the company.
• Work in close collaboration with other finance colleagues within the Group in support of continuous improvement through the Group Finance Excellence programme.

Team management:

• Manage the subordinate and ensure the outcome of performance toward standard, as well as the legal practice
• Guide, train and mentor the subordinate by on the job training
• Guide, train other employees of related departments in terms of finance related flow in order to maintain the right process and efficiency.

Finance Advisor:

• Advise the board of finance related to business acquisition and investment cases

Payroll (when needed):

• Prepares, documents and disburses payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments
• Evaluates current systems, and recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements
• Monitors and ensures proper documentation of employee benefit payments
• Prepares reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements

Yêu cầu công việc:


The requirements:

• At least 35 years of experience in the same position levels
• At least years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Strong knowledge in financial and accounting policies especially Vietnam.
• Professional certifications in accounting and finance
• Using accounting systems
• Prior working experience covering different areas across Vietnam is a plus.
• Experience working with trading or ecommerce companies.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication skills.
• High education accounting and audit.
• Drive to build processes and initiative.
• Ability to work in a lean team, proactive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills working within a development team.
• Advanced knowledge of verbal & written English
