Our client is a foreigninvested company, now looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer ($1500, ID13837)
Implement the maintenance programs and activities of rotating and static (Pump, blower, compressor, etc., boiler and pressurized MOLISA equipment), with full compliance with safety regulations and TCVN standards and update, strictly follow approved maintenance documents (SOP, WI, JP, JSA).
Create and execute a maintenance plan/schedule for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly use that is appropriately based on the longterm maintenance plan, and schedule annual PM.
Assure constant availability at the lowest possible cost, review and upgrade spare parts for essential equipment
Maintain the PVC Plant's performance and safety, promptly respond to oncall and emergency situations.
Plan and use resources for maintenance programs; assist procurement in reviewing part specifications and contract papers; and make sure maintenance costs are within established budget limits
Prepares a plan and associated documents for planned shutdown activities and the plant turnaround process to meet the time, financial, quality, and safety goals.
In charge of RCA and Investigation to oversee and advise on troubleshooting equipment. Controlled improvement projects are completed and evaluated using the PDCA cycle
Maintain a positive working atmosphere, maintain high motivation and discipline among the maintenance staff.
Creates training plans for subordinates and conducts internal training to advance the capability and competency of the subordinate
Establish, implement, and oversee the 5S program at the Mechanical Workshop

Requirement:

Male

; Age: years old

Graduated from university majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related majors
Have at least 5 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment/systems in the field of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industries
Have a good command of English in writing and communication
Good use of AutoCAD
