CAC (Commercial Air Conditioner) Sales Executive

Report to:
CAC Sales - Korean Project Sales Leader


Working Place:
HCM Office


Product:
VRF (System Air conditioner), Chiller, AHU, BMS

Responsibility

  • Find new biz opportunity
  • Manage Key Accounts; build up special caring program to strengthen the relationship; seek
and take care of contractors, developers and consultants

  • Build up relationship with consultant to do specin
  • Build up relationship with contractor to secure Projects
  • Follow up and negotiation with customers' payment to make sure payment is received in due
time, cooperate with Finance team to monitor customers' payment

  • Expand sales network and new customers & partners
  • Report sales progress and result by daily, weekly, monthly basis to team leader
  • Keep tracking market movement and competitors' activities and information
  • Stock management
  • Documentation job as contract, payment, delivery, approvals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor, graduated from universities.
  • Good English spoken and written communication skills.
  • Good in communications and presentation skills.
  • Good excel & Power point skills
  • Leadership, positive working attitude, accountability and teamworking
