The teachers will lead and handle various classes with different types and levels throughout the day.
Give regular feedback, support, and motivate the students during their learning progress.
Prepare carefully lesson plans to teach students based on English Town's materials and curriculums, ensuring students' understanding and the effectiveness of the class.
Join and support the school's events/projects.
Attend internal training relating to new programs as required.
Review and take relevant actions to improve the situation when receiving feedback relating to your teaching skill/style to ensure the class's quality.
Always comply with the regulations for employees in general and the teaching department in particular.

Yêu cầu công việc:

MUST be available from 19:00 to 21:30 (Monday to Saturday); can optionally take more classes in the morning and/or afternoon if you're available.
Be willing to work at any assigned locations, according to the center's arrangement. (Q3, Q10, Tân Bình,...)
IELTS with at least 7.0 for speaking).
At least 02 years of experience with teaching English to adults is MUST (more experience will be an advantage).
Having at least 1 of those teaching certificates: TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/TKT, or graduating with majoring in English language teaching will be preferred.
Have excellent English ability (good pronunciation, mastering grammar knowledge), and an active, powerful teaching style.
Be good at conveying and explaining to deliver well the knowledge to students.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional in both dress, appearance, and attitude.
Be openminded to take and give feedback.
