The CRM Support person will work full-time with the CRM Manager to optimize our CRM activities, improve our reporting capabilities, and increase the total amount of messages we are able to send from SFMC.

They will work closely with the CRM Manager and other members of the US Trade Marketing team to set up and execute marketing initiatives.

They will also occasionally be in contact with the HQ team in Germany to assist on US initiatives that require collaboration.

Responsibilities will include:

Creating, deploying, and reporting on AB tests
Segmenting audiences using SFMC tools and SQL queries
Collaborating with HQ CRM team when needed to bring in additional data or capabilities
