• Facilitate outbound lead generation.
• Actively seek, reengage and secure new business opportunities
• Call leads to convert to funded accounts and maintain leads in an organised manner on CRM
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Consistently meet and exceed the monthly sales target in terms of deposits, new accounts and funding rate
• Discuss and participate in sales events, product developments and promotions
• Liaise with the marketing department to promote lead acquisition and follow up on targeted marketing campaigns
• Provide feedback to marketing on success of promotional campaigns and client requirements/trends
• Educate clients on the use of MT4 and MT5 platforms, systems and trading processes

• Previous FX sales experience
• 3+ years in sales
• Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision
• Exceptional telephone manners
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge and passion for the FX market
• Transferrable client base (retail, corporate, HNWI's or Institutional clients) preferred
• Experience of working within a competitive sales environment
• CRM experience is preferred
• Full proficiency in Thai and English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects
• Drive and personal ambition to deliver targets and succeed in a fastpaced environment
