Job Description:

Be part of a team to deliver Personal Income Tax (PIT)/payroll compliance and advisory services to clients;
Review the data entry/the work prepared by the Associate to support for PIT declarations;
Responsible for controlling the clients' status, instruct the Associate to perform the work and update the Managers and above;
Assisting with research and advisory works related to PIT in support of the Managers and above;
Working with relevant authorities to deliver the services to the clients;
Attending to external and internal meetings;
Providing coaching to the junior staffs, providing feedback to junior stafff, peer and upward levels.
Understand and show professional manners in meetings and dealings with clients;
Support the team in other areas of business including training, knowledge management and business development;
Perform other clients and administrative works as assigned;
Uphold the firm code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications:

Graduates in Accounting, Finance, Economics
4 or 5 years relevant experience in Labour law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax regulations
Provide Payroll, Employment Tax compliance advisory services to clients
