Mô Tả Công Việc:


  • Be a people manager, managing a team of software engineer.
  • Be a technical expert (React Native, React JS, full stack).
  • Be a driver for designing, developing and maintaining a highly scalable system.
  • Mentor other engineers and line members on best practices, code review.
  • Work with designer, business analyst and product owner based on product requirements for the technical solution and development effort.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:


Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Software Engineering or experiences in related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT development.
  • At least 3 years of recent practical experience in React Native and React JS, NodeJS microservice development, building mobile app and API.
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience or lead experience.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, capabilities, and limitations of mobile platforms.
  • Deliver across the entire app life cycle concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support.
  • Hands on experience in git branching strategy, code repository, CICD.
  • Focus on continuous code improvement to optimize performance.
  • Ability to understand requirement from business and translate them into technical solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Familiar with Agile Process and Scrum Methodology.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, Envoy or Hashicorp Stack.
  • Experience working with fintech product.
  • Customer oriented and proactive problem solver.
  • Have done coaching or mentorship.
