WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?


In partnership with Architects, Business Stakeholders, Customers, and Product Owners you will implement the Product/solution vision and be responsible for the configuration of Air MI's SAP instance with a focus on meeting the needs of the Air MI's Viet Nam Polaris Facility.

Your work will include technical analysis related to advanced data analysis, data mining, and source to target mapping. Creates and maintains complex context process and system diagrams.

You'll work with remote groups such as vendors, other Nike facilities, and or departments to gather and document tactical requirements from the business.

From there, you'll coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced functional specs.

Working with systems personnel to implement design, you'll participate in the development of project plan/timeline.

You may create reports and configure package solutions to unique business requirements and perform testing activities, including construction of test plans/scripts including the expected results and the validation of test results.

Once implemented, you'll communicate and document system changes to the business, translating system functionality into business relevant language.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?


You'll be the point person for Technology at the Viet Nam Polaris facility and report to the Oregon based SAP Engineering Manager.

Day to day, you will be supporting a large, diverse team of Nike people with a variety of management styles, as well as coordinating outside suppliers and vendors.

A key part of your role will be to work with the NA based Air MI Technology organization to deliver solutions that meet the needs of your stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
  • Direct experience in a multisite Manufacturing Environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of bestat SAP implementation particularly with ECC and Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) with proven experience with AR/AP modules and master data required. Some experience in PS, AM, MM modules and integrations (ALE/IDOC, API) preferred.
  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions while developing innovative solution designs for the future, rooted firming in business value and ROI.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally. Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management
  • Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively coupled with the ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Proven track record of being selfdirected, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities.
