About the role

CoderSchool is currently looking for a high-potential, ambitious Admissions Executive to contribute to our student recruitment process in Vietnam.


As Admissions Executive, you will work with a team to qualify the leads and move the leads to the right stage of the Admissions pipeline.


The ideal Admissions Executive is someone who would like to talk with customers, is an empathetic listener who is excited about helping others fulfill their potential and unlock better career opportunities.


Ultimately, you'll be the first point of contact for most students, and you'll build relationships that help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to CoderSchool's rapid growth.

How you will add value and be successful (responsibilities):

  • Calling customers to qualify for leads or to answer questions about courses
  • Transfer the leads to the right stage of the funnel
  • Gather feedback from customers and share them with the Admission and Marketing team weekly
  • Maintaining knowledge of competitor's pricing and products

Working time:

  • Working time: total 30 hours per week
  • Weekdays: 4 hours/day
  • Weekend: 7 hours/day
  • 1 day off/weekdays
  • It's a remote job.

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree. No experience is required.
  • Prefer students in third/final year, who can work 30 hours/week
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese (basic communication English preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and any CRM platform is a plus
  • Having your own computer
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Fast learner and passion for helping others
  • Growth mindset, problemsolving mindset
