Overview:

As an Environmental Analyst you are primarily responsible for collating, analyzing, and monitoring environmental information and data related to programs, suppliers' performance and legislation in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the knowledge management and analysis of environmental performance data and KPIs tracking the progress of HIGG 4.0, H&M Sustainability Scorecard, Water and Energy Roadmaps etc. Conduct monthly evaluation and analysis to share key findings to colleagues.
Conduct research on environmental challenges and solutions that could help improve H&M supply chain. Where the opportunity arises, establish case studies and document best practices.
Support the Sustainability Manager to roll out and track environmental programs including but not limited to renewable energy, water management, waste reduction, and chemical management. Prepare various documentation and analytical tools to monitor supplier performance and impact of program. On a quarterly basis analyze progress and challenges in collaboration with the Sustainability team.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or above in environmental studies or equivalent;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
Excellent data analysis skills;
Solid knowledge/ experience on the topic of resource efficiency (energy, water, waste, etc.) and local regulations;
At least 3 years' experience in the garment/têxtile industry with environmental sustainability background would be preferable; and
Team spirit and ability to work independently.

knowledge with Power BI is preferred
