Responsibilities:

As the
Head of Legal, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the general activities of the Legal team.
  • Review documents, contracts, cooperation, and investment agreements made by the Group with partners.
  • Carry out administrative procedures for obtaining permits and licenses related to the Group's business activities.
  • Resolve arising issues related to inspection, examination, complaints, denunciations, and other procedural activities. Participate in resolving conflicts between the Company and other third parties (if any).

Experience requirements:


  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position.
  • Foreign language: English communication.
  • Proficient in office computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to listen and understand human psychology.
  • Good communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Know how to organize, cover work, and manage working time well.
  • Good logical thinking ability.
  • Management skills, leadership, and planning skills.
  • Flexible and effective problemsolving, and taskmanagement skills.

Education requirements:


  • A Bachelor ́s degree or higher in relevant fields
  • Mastering Vietnamese Laws and international practices.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and public relations.
