Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

In line with the assignment by the Head of Legal, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for the following main legal tasks:

Provide legal advice and assistance to business teams managing the business sector of consumer electronics products (CE products) and business supporting departments (human resources, accounting and finance, logistics, etc.).
Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation process for commercial agreements, including supplier contracts, distribution agreements, and other business-related contracts within the consumer electronics products (CE products) sector and supporting departments (human resources, accounting and finance, logistics, etc.).
Review advertising materials for consumer electronics products (CE products) prior to their official release.
Provide legal advice, draft, and manage legal documents in the field of corporate governance (Preparing Board of Directors resolutions and meeting minutes, facilitating changes in directors and authorized signatories and filing dossier and maintain records with authorities).
Conduct legal and compliance self-audits and support audits conducted by Samsung Group and the Company, including data privacy audits.
Perform other legal tasks assigned by the Head of Legal from time to time

Skills and Qualifications

Typically implements shortterm action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy
Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure

successful outcome

Has deep knowledge on one job area or broad knowledge on several job areas
Typically requires at least 3 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree
