Objective:
To manage digital banking services and products
Working Relationship: - Internal: Branches and other related departments
External: Partners; Agencies
Duties & Responsibilities- Daily support to branches for operation of digital banking services and products
Work with other stakeholders (internal and external) to develop new digital banking services and products
Manage the performance of digital banking business

Job Requirement:

Education: Finance
Banking/ Economics/ IT

- ** Degree, Certificate: Bachelor or higher degree
- ** Experience: At least 02 years working in banks/financial organizations/fintech

- ** Knowledge, Skill &Abilities:

Well understanding on banking services (especially for loan and deposit, remittance, payment)
Well understanding the process of product development (business requirements, user testing, product's internal policies, related legal regulations)
Well understanding digital customer experience
Logical and creative thinking
Good communication (speaking, writing) of English
Adaptability
