• Using social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential Leads.
• Engaging and following up with leads to raise their interest to our services and turning to a quality conversation.
• Create appointments for our sales team to discuss any potential opportunities.
• Develop a network of potential Leads and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to identify each lead's requirements.
• Provide sales support to our Sales Team including preparing quotes, answering RFP, arranging appointments and chasing paperwork.
• Log Leads information in our CRM and other internal databases

• Work experience as a Marketing Executive, Sales Executive, Sourcing Specialist, or similar role.
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and Leads databases.
• Great relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Handson experience with Tracking Systems and other CRM software
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding and knowhow of Information Technology landscape is preferrable
• Team working abilities
