Manage and lead Corp IT teams to deliver stable and robust IT solutions, ensure the smooth running of the daytoday IT operations for all offices and warehouses and provide excellent support for employees
Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability
Design, develop and implement Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery strategy
Proactively manage and report on project status, deliverables, risks and issues, while working closely with multiple stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and act as a liaison between IT and business teams
Manage IT assets & inventories, IT procurement, budgeting and cost control
Drive a continuous improvement mindset across the team through providing continuous support, training, coaching and mentorship to the team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Information Technology related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walkthroughs, issues reporting and change management
Experience in establishing, implementing and running the daytoday operations. Able to lead and manage remote teams in a teamoriented and collaborative environment. Passion for the development of clearlydefined and optimized operational environments
Strong network knowledge and handson experience in Palo Alto, Cisco, and other network appliances. Rich experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc.
Familiar with setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points
Handson experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration. Experience with ITSM tools, frameworks
