Position Summary:

The Marketing Campaign Supervisor will support campaigns and projects within the Business Development Team and Strategy Team.

He/She will assist with the overall coordination implementation execution control and completion of specific projects to deliver on marketing objectives and improve our customer experiences.


The role will be a member of the team responsible for the management of company's product or service launch campaigns, merchant's marketing campaigns and sales team activities and will work with cross-functional project teams.

The Marketing Campaign Supervisor is a motivated self-starter that is always looking to improve his/her work and ensure all projects are completed with consistency to the company strategy commitment and goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Understand the business need and requirement and be able to propose marketing communication plan for given campaigns to answer the objective and achieve the KPIs
  • Understand the nature of different communication touch points in order to come up the right communication strategy/approach for each requirement from Business Development/Strategy team
  • Understand the banking/finance/economics/fintech industry and sales channels to be able to provide different practical & realistic marketing activities
  • Be the project lead in all engagements and consultation with other stakeholders in relate to marketing & communication campaign activities to ensure consistent image of Alliex throughout these activities
  • Collaborate, discuss and be able to convince other stakeholders the marketing communication plan
  • Manage workload to work and implement on all initiatives, activities from product launch, marketing support for sales activities & merchant's campaigns
  • Assist with the creative process from concept through production and delivery of assets print and digital to ensure availability of quality tools and materials
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor activities rolledout and target reactions and proactive propose improved/ adjusted plan quickly when needed to catch up with the situation & market trend
  • Responsible for all aspects of projects including meeting deadlines, time management, budgeting, campaign analysis and tracking/ monitoring
  • Streamline and improve processes within marketing project area by proactively evaluating current work processes and updating as required in line with our continuous improvement ethos

Other Duties:

The Marketing Campaign Supervisor also performs other tasks as designated by Brand Marketing Manager and Strategy & Planning Director.


Experience:


  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields in multinational companies or financial industries with at least years in project/ campaign supervisory role
  • Ability to communicate & manage the conversation with all levels of an organization comfortably
  • Uptodate with latest trends and marketing best practices, especially on social channels

Knowledge:


  • Great understanding in POS/Personal Loan/Credit Card Business & Vietnam market
  • Good presentation skills
