RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the Country Manager, Head of Engineering and Team Leads in Vietnam to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.

Juggle multiple hiring processes simultaneously, including providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
Provide regular recruitment status reports and communicate the progress with department heads and team leads.
Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruitment strategy.
Advise management on regional recruitment trends, including salary ranges and talent pool size.
Guide new hires through our onboarding process to ensure they hit the ground running.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have
3 years experience of sourcing and recruiting tech talent in Vietnam.
Able to speak Vietnamese and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
Excellent organisational skills with a process-oriented approach, and the ability to work autonomously.
Strong sense of pride in their own work, responsibility and detail-orientation.
A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.

A desire to be part of a growing team, and a willingness to step out of your scope of work to help others.

Nice-to-have
Experience in software as a service.
Experience in the Early Childhood Care and Education industry.
Experience of talent acquisition across South East Asia.
