Report to:
Regional IT Manager

Job scope:
Mainly support office, warehouse & Stores IT operations

Job Requirements:

Microsoft Server knowledge
Network and Security knowledge
Able to trouble shoot both hardware and software issues
Setup and Maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Able to check and troubleshoot any network failures LAN and Wifi.
Manage external IT Vendors and Services
Manage Application upgrades
Level 1 support for office & warehouse
Level 1 support for POS system

Requirements:

5+ Years of experience in similar role
Familiar with a range of software and hardware
Business fluent written and spoken English
Work effectively with community partner and co
- worker

Salary: 40,000,000₫ - 55,000,000₫ per month
