Managing recruitment processes:
Posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding procedures: Organizing orientation sessions, completing documentation, and conducting exit interviews.
- Managing employee records and databases: Maintaining accurate and uptodate employee information, including attendance, leaves, and personal details.
- Overseeing payroll and benefits administration: Calculating salaries, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits such as insurance and retirement plans.
- Implementing HR policies and procedures: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies and advising employees and management on HRrelated issues.
- Assisting with performance management: Supporting the appraisal process, tracking employee performance metrics, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Handling employee grievances and conflicts: Acting as a mediator to resolve disputes and promoting a positive work environment.
- Managing administrative tasks: Handling office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordinating office logistics.
- Supporting employee training and development initiatives: Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and tracking employee development progress.
- Assisting in HR projects and initiatives: Participating in HRrelated projects such as employee engagement programs, diversity initiatives, and culturebuilding activities.
Salary: 12,000,000₫ - 15,000,000₫ per month
