Mô tả
Maintain, develop, and sustain productive relationship with strategic partners in FnB Category. Propose suitable campaigns in order to increase revenue for both ZaloPay and partners;

  • Deliver partnership proposals (including pricing, payment solution, growth & promotion scheme, etc.) to meet or exceeds Merchant battle's objectives. Developing and providing the workable payment solution for merchants, continuously optimize to push the ZaloPay penetration.
  • Plan or give advices to the team for the gotomarket plan & comarketing plan with merchants to increase the user awareness, make sure merchants are wellprepared for ZaloPay user (POSM, staffs, etc.) aiming to boost the payment transaction & volume as targeted.
  • Report and prompt update on projects and contracts between ZaloPay and partners;
  • Analyze sales and overall figures in order to come up with mutual best deals for both ZaloPay and partners;
  • Follow up and coordinate across related teams (Product, Tech and other support teams) during cooperation period between ZaloPay and partners.

Yêu cầu:


  • Background in Economics, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
  • At least 04 years of working experience in a Business Development role.
  • Working knowledge of Fintech sector/ Banking/ Ecommerce is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills while working collaboratively in a team environment with all levels of the company.
  • Experience with data privacy rules and contracts preferred.
  • Ability to create partnerships both inside and outside of the Product organization.
  • Experience in managing works with details oriented.
  • Very good at English communications (verbal writing presentation).
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
